1. Consumer Right of Cancellation

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this agreement and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day of the transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must notify Paddle of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

2. Refund Determination

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of our merchant representative, Paddle. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please submit your request at paddle.net. Depending on the circumstances, your refund request may be denied. If Paddle finds evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior, Paddle reserves the right to deny the refund request.

3. Refund Application Process

If you meet the above refund conditions, please apply within 14 days of purchase and provide the following information:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Order number (provided by Paddle)
  • Reason for refund and relevant screenshots (if applicable)

Our order and payment process is handled by the online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and is responsible for all customer service and returns. If you encounter any issues during payment, please visit paddle.net.

4. Paddle as Merchant

Our payment and order processing is handled by our third-party partner Paddle.com. Paddle is our authorized merchant, and all transaction records and refund processes are managed by Paddle in accordance with their policies. In case of disputes or additional refund requests, Paddle may also act as a neutral party to assist in review.
